Io a casa ho approfittato della bella giornata per iniziare le pulizie di primavera&#8230;Sono fatta cos\u00ec: appena vedo il sole mi scatta la Sindrome di Cenerentola e non mi fermo pi\u00f9, o quasi&#8230; Nel pomeriggio infatti mi sono fermata per preparare queste frittelle di pasta choux, veramente molto facili .. un&#8217;idea in occasione della festa del pap\u00e0, o quando preferite.. La consistenza \u00e8 simile a quella dei bign\u00e8, ma pi\u00f9 buoni. Se non le avete mai assaggiate, dovete assolutamente provarle&#8230;. io in questo caso le ho semplicemente spolverate di zucchero a velo, ma sono ottime anche ripiene di crema pasticcera.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nIngredienti<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\ndose per 20\/25 frittelle<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n4 uova intere<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n150g di farina<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n50g di burro<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n250 ml di acqua<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nun limone bio<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nolio di semi per friggere<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nPer prima cosa mettete l&#8217;acqua in un pentolino con il burro e fatelo sciogliere piano piano. Arrivato a bollore aggiungete la farina poco per volta, e con una frusta mescolate bene&nbsp;affinch\u00e9&nbsp;non si formino grumi. Vedrete che si former\u00e0 una palla: a questo punto spegnete il fuoco, lasciate raffreddare &nbsp;dopodich\u00e9&nbsp;aggiungete uno alla volta i tuorli -sempre mescolando- e la buccia del limone.
