Quando penso ad un frutto dell&#8217;inverno per qualche ragione mi vengono in mente&#8230; i mandarini e le arance! Ho in mente il loro profumo sparso per tutta la casa, la buccia messa sulla stufa a bruciacchiare&#8230; \u00e8 qualcosa di tipicamente natalizio, che sa di casa&#8230; Mia nonna mi diceva sempre che lei li appendeva all&#8217;albero di Natale come decorazione, una volta non cerano molti addobbi.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nAncora oggi il loro profumo mi mette di buon umore ed \u00e8 una bella sensazione&#8230;.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nIngredienti<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\ndose per 6 tortini<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n120g di burro<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n120g di farina 00<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n120g di cioccolato fondente<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n90g di zucchero<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n20g di granella di nocciole<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n2 uova intere e un albume<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n2 mandarini bio<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nun pizzico di sale<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nMontate con le fruste elettriche il burro ammorbidito con lo zucchero finch\u00e9 sar\u00e0 cremoso.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nUnite uno alla volta i tuorli e il cioccolato sciolto a bagnomaria ed intiepidito.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nAggiungere poi la farina, la buccia grattugiata dei mandarini e gli albumi montati a neve ben ferma con un pizzico di sale.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nVersate il composto negli stampini imburrati ed infarinati &nbsp;sul cui fondo avete messo anche della granella di nocciole tostate.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nCuocete a forno statico a 160\u00b0 per 30 minuti circa.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nLasciate raffreddare e servite con del cioccolato fuso oppure con della scorzetta d&#8217;arancia candita e mandarini freschi.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
