Eccoci arrivati quasi alla fine di questa giornata&#8230; per fortuna aggiungerei&#8230; con un p\u00f2 di mal di schiena e stanchezza, ma con tanta voglia di scrivere e di scrivervi&#8230; perch\u00e9 \u00e8 sempre una gioia quando apro il blog! E&#8217; per me una ventata di aria fresca, in un periodo non facile&#8230;&nbsp;<br \/>\nIeri ho preparato questi tortelli dolci, avevo della &nbsp;pasta sfoglia in frigorifero e della ricotta, vi ho aggiunto del cioccolato a scaglie: et vo\u00ecla la merenda \u00e8 pronta.&nbsp;Ci vuole veramente poco a volte per far felice chi ci sta intorno&#8230;. ormai l&#8217;avete capito: mi piacciono le cose semplici ma genuine&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nIngredienti&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nper 6 persone<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n2 rotoli di pasta sfoglia rettangolare<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n100g di cioccolato fondente<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n60g di zucchero a velo<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nqualche scorzetta d&#8217;arancia candita<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n200g di ricotta&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n1 uovo per spennellare<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nPer il ripieno sbattete con una frusta la ricotta insieme allo zucchero a velo, unite successivamente il cioccolato a scaglie, conservate in frigorifero.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nRitagliate dei quadrati di pasta sfoglia pi\u00f9 o meno di 8 cm per lato, spennellateli con l&#8217;uovo sbattuto e farciteli con un p\u00f2 di ripieno.
