Oggi si festeggia la ciambella, la Torta per eccellenza! Un altro comfort food che in quelle giornate uggiose d&#8217;autunno tira su il morale, con una tazza di tisana e un buon libro a farci compagnia.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Chi non ha una ricetta della ciambella? Ci sono infinite versioni, tutte squisite: oggi ve ne propongo una leggera e soffice, molto semplice da preparare.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Ingredienti<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">200g di farina 00<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">250 ml di yogurt ai cereali o quello che preferite<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">120g di burro<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">150g di Maizena<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">3 uova<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">125g di zucchero<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">la buccia grattugiata di un limone bio<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 bustina di lievito per dolci<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">1 cucchiaio di estratto di vaniglia, o bacca<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Separate i tuorli dagli albumi.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Tagliate il burro a cubetti e lasciatelo ammorbidire a temperatura ambiente, dopodich\u00e9 unitelo allo zucchero e alla vaniglia. Sbattete con una frusta fino ad ottenere una crema ben gonfia e spumosa. Sempre sbattendo unite i tuorli. Incorporate lo yogurt e la scorza grattugiata del limone e amalgamate bene il tutto.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">Montate a neve gli albumi e aggiunteli delicatamente al composto. Infine unite la farina, la maizena e il lievito.
