{"id":186,"date":"2013-10-30T21:20:00","date_gmt":"2013-10-30T20:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/2013\/10\/crema-di-porri-e-zucca.html"},"modified":"2015-05-08T11:45:56","modified_gmt":"2015-05-08T09:45:56","slug":"crema-di-porri-e-zucca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/?p=186","title":{"rendered":"Crema di porri e zucca"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nCiao!! oggi vi propongo una crema di zucca molto facile da preparare, un piatto che scalda il cuore&#8230; la zucca -verdura di stagione dalle molteplici propriet\u00e0 e ricca di vitamine- mi piace tantissimo, e non solo per il suo colore: vi assicuro che anche il suo sapore \u00e8 ottimo!!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienti<\/p>\n<p>400g di zucca<br \/>\n200g di patate<br \/>\n2 porri<br \/>\n1 noce di burro<br \/>\n1\/2 litro di brodo vegetale<br \/>\nerba cipollina per decorare<br \/>\ncrostini di pane<\/p>\n<p>Sbucciate e lavate le verdure e in una casseruola mettete il burro e i porri a rosolare.
