\nPasta all’uovo della tradizione, un’emozione per il palato…<\/div>\n

\nIngredienti<\/div>\n

\n<\/div>\n

\n300g di farina 00<\/div>\n

\n3 uova<\/div>\n

\n50g di spinaci<\/div>\n

\n1 pizzico di sale<\/div>\n

\nacqua q.b.<\/div>\n

\n<\/div>\n

\nPer prima cosa fate lessare gli spinaci, scolateli, asciugateli e frullateli.<\/div>\n

\nSu di una spianatoia mettete la farina e formate un cratere, versatevi dentro le uova, gli spinaci frullati, sale e cominciate ad impastare. Se l’impasto vi risulta troppo duro aggiungete pochissima acqua: un cucchiaio, due al massimo.<\/div>\n

\nImpastate fino a che la pasta risulti liscia ed omogenea.<\/div>\n

\nFate riposare per mezz’ora prima di stenderla.<\/div>\n

\nCon un matterello stendete un foglio di pasta molto fine; aiutatevi con un p\u00f2 di farina di semola per evitare che si attacchi, arrotolate la pasta e tagliatela con un coltello sottile, anche se vi vengono irregolari non importa perch\u00e9 \u00e8 il bello della pasta fatta a mano!!!<\/div>\n

\nCuocete in acqua bollente salata per pochi minuti.<\/div>\n

\nCondite i taglierin con una noce di burro e del tartufo grattato al minuto, o con un buonissimo sugo di funghi!!!<\/div>\n
