Stamattina al mercato ho trovato delle mele bellissime, cos\u00ec mi \u00e8 venuta voglia di preparare questo dolce &nbsp;molto semplice, che mi ricorda un p\u00f2 l&#8217;infanzia quando me la preparava la nonna. Mi riporta alla mente tante merende con la torta di mele e un bicchiere di latte appena munto&#8230;.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nIngredienti<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n3 uova<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n1 vasetto di yogurt bianco<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n50 g di burro morbido<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n3 vasetti (dello Yogurt) di farina 00<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n2 Vasetti (dello yogurt) di zucchero<br \/>\n1 bustina di lievito per dolci<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n1 bacca di vaniglia<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n50 g di mandorle a lamelle<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n3 mele<\/p>\n<p>In una ciotola mettete le uova e lo zucchero poi sbattete energicamente con una frusta. Unitevi poi lo yogurt, il burro ammorbidito, la vaniglia, e aggiungete la farina con il lievito.
