\nCiao!! E’ sempre tempo di fare una confettura o una marmellata, io non ne ho mai abbastanza! Mi piace avere una bella scorta per l’inverno! A casa ho un vecchio albero di mele renette che tutti gli anni ci regala tantissimi frutti, che anche se un p\u00f2 bacati sono buonissimi, con un sapore vero di frutta appena raccolta.
\nIngredienti
\n1 Kg di mele renette
\n1 bacello di vaniglia
\n500 g di zucchero
\nsucco e buccia di un limone non trattato<\/p>\n

Pelate e tagliate le mele molto sottili, poi mettetele in una pentola alta con il succo di limone, lo zucchero e la vaniglia. Se volete un gusto pi\u00f9 intenso incidete la bacca per il lungo e fate uscire i semini.
\nFate cuocere a fuoco medio, quando le mele iniziano a sfaldarsi spegnete il fuoco e passate il composto nel passaverdura per ottenere una purea omogenea.
\nRiprendete la cottura della purea a fuoco medio, per altri 15\/20 minuti.
\nInvasatela calda e chiudete i barattoli ermeticamente.
\nLasciate raffreddare i barattoli capovolti, quindi riponeteli in dispensa.<\/div>\n
