Buon Giorno!! Estate tempo di conserve e composte, assaporare nell’inverno i sapori dell’orto,della stagione estiva non ha prezzo, preparare in casa le provviste come una volta, reinventare antiche ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione…….<\/p>\n

Ingredienti<\/p>\n

1 Kg di Zucchine
\n3 Cipolle
\n3 spicchi di Aglio
\n2 bicchieri d’Aceto di vino bianco
\n1 bicchiere d’Olio extra vergine d’oliva
\n1 rametto di Rosmarino
\n9 foglie di Basilico
\n3 cucchiaini di Sale fino
\nOrigano q.b.<\/p>\n

Lavate bene le verdure e tagliatele a fette sottili, mescolatele in una pentola con tutti gli altri ingredienti, fate bollire per cinque minuti.<\/p>\n

Invasate caldo, poi capovolgete i vasetti per creare il sottovuoto e copriteli con una coperta fino a che non saranno freddi.
\nIdeale per accompagnare formaggi tipo una Robiola fresca, ma anche come semplice contorno.<\/p>\n
