Domenica scorsa mi sono dedicata alla Confettura di fragole, inauguro cosi&#8217; l&#8217;inizio delle conserve che preparo nella stagione estiva da gustare poi in inverno, mi piace ritrovarle in dispensa quando fuori fa freddo&#8230;..<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n2 Kg di fragole<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n1 Kg di Zucchero<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n1 Limone succo e buccia<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nLavate e tagliate a pezzi le fregole aggiungete il succo e la buccia del limone e lo zucchero, lasciate macerare per almeno quattro o cinque ore, poi togliete le bucce del limone e mettete in cottura mescolando di tanto in tanto con un mestolo di legno.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nlasciate bollire per almeno 30 minuti, poi passate la confettura con un frullatore ad immersione o con un passino.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\nFate addensare ancora a fuoco lento per almeno 20 minuti, poi invasate la confettura ancora calda, chiudete i barattoli e capovolgeteli per formare il sottovuoto, quando saranno freddi potrete riporli in un luogo fresco asciutto e preferibilmente buio.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
