Questo \u00e8 il foglio che ho trovato con la ricetta trovo sia molto bello anche come quadretto <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
Un po’ di tempo fa frugando in un baule della nonna ho ritrovato un vecchio libro di cucina del 1910 (di cui vi parlero’ piu’ dettagliatamente nei prossimi post), sono rimasta molto colpita e incuriosita aprendolo oltre al contenuto del libro c’erano diversi appunti di ricette scritti a pennino tra queste la prima che vi mostro \u00e8 la Marmellata di Amarena come si faceva a quel tempo..bellissimo secondo me…
\nlo so bene che non \u00e8 ancora stagione ma non ho resistito…
\necco la descrizione proprio come la leggo dal foglietto….<\/p>\n
2 Kg di Amarene, si toglie l’osso e si fanno bollire pochissimo, dopo raffreddate si passano al setaccio ed ogni chilogrammo di sciroppo si aggiunge 6 etti di zucchero e poi si fa cuocere tanto che diventi densa….<\/i><\/p>\n
Ecco molto semplice lo so… ma il bello \u00e8 condividere un pezzettino di vita passata…<\/p>\n
