In realt\u00e0 sono partita senza salutare: come vi dicevo nel mio ultimo lontanissimo post non credevo neanche di riuscire a ritagliarmi del tempo e partire, concedermi finalmente una vacanza&#8230; Invece s\u00ec, \u00e8 proprio il caso di dire &#8220;evviva i last minute&#8221;! Ho passato una settimana in una incredibilmente afosissima Londra (e qui si potrebbe parlare per righe e righe sulla mia valigia piena di roba piuttosto pesante pensando di trovare un clima pi\u00f9 mite e fresco): ho camminato tanto, sono riuscita a svuotare la mente dai pensieri, quelli pi\u00f9 pesanti, sono stata proprio bene bene, ne sentivo assoluto bisogno.<\/p>\n<p>Ricomincio cos\u00ec lentamente e in modo semplice, pensando ancora all&#8217;estate che non sono pronta a lasciare andare. Tornare a casa felice come una bambina e preparare con le uova fresche una frolla per sentire solo il sapore inteso delle more di rovo. E&#8230;intanto mentre si passeggia raccogliere anche qualche fiore spontaneo: sono i fiori che preferisco, quelli che resistono alle intemperie, alla siccit\u00e0 che quest&#8217;anno si \u00e8 fatta sentire molto; al sole ed al vento, i fiori che hanno una bellezza semplice e spontanea, selvatica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/18082016-IMG_2433.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4760\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/18082016-IMG_2433.jpg\" alt=\"18082016-IMG_2433\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/18082016-IMG_2433.jpg 600w, https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/18082016-IMG_2433-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/09082016-IMG_2112.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4757\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/09082016-IMG_2112.jpg\" alt=\"09082016-IMG_2112\" width=\"600\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/09082016-IMG_2112.jpg 600w, https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/09082016-IMG_2112-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Crostata alla crema e more di rovo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.territori.coop.it\/ricette\/crostata-integrale-con-crema-al-latte-di-mandorla-e-fichi\">( qui potete trovare anche una versione con i fichi)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredienti per uno stampo da 20 cm<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>per la frolla<\/em><\/p>\n<p>200 g di farina 00<\/p>\n<p>60g di farina integrale<\/p>\n<p>70 g di zucchero di canna<\/p>\n<p>40 ml di olio di semi di girasole<\/p>\n<p>40 ml di acqua<\/p>\n<p>5 g di lievito per dolci<\/p>\n<p>1 uovo intero<\/p>\n<p>1 tuorlo<\/p>\n<p>la scorza di un limone bio<\/p>\n<p>1 pz di sale<\/p>\n<p><em>per la crema<\/em><\/p>\n<p>250ml di latte di mandorle<\/p>\n<p>40 g di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>30 g di maizena<\/p>\n<p>2 tuorli<\/p>\n<p>per guarnire<\/p>\n<p>more di rovo<\/p>\n<p>Procedimento:<\/p>\n<p>Per la frolla: riunite su di una spianatoia gli ingredienti secchi, compresa la scorza di limone. Formate un cratere al centro, aggiungete le uova, l\u2019olio di semi, e poi l\u2019acqua, poca per volta (potrebbe anche non servirvi tutta). Impastate fino a formare un composto omogeneo e ben amalgamato, aiutandovi con un mattarello stendete la frolla dello spessore di 2\/3 mm circa. Foderate uno stampo da crostata rivestendo per bene tutti i bordi, bucherellate la frolla con una forchetta, e infornate a 180\u00b0 per 20 minuti circa. Intanto preparate la crema: in un pentolino montate con una frusta i tuorli con lo zucchero, unite poi la maizena. Sempre mescolando unite il latte di mandorle caldo, fate cuocere per 10 minuti circa a fuoco basso, fino a formare una crema densa e cremosa, dopodich\u00e8 lasciate raffreddare. Guarnite la frolla con la crema al latte di mandorle e decorate con le more. Per rendere la torta ancora pi\u00f9 bella spennellate la superficie con della confettura di frutta o con della gelatina alimentare specifica per crostate alla frutta.
