{"id":5420,"date":"2016-12-10T09:46:55","date_gmt":"2016-12-10T08:46:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/?p=5420"},"modified":"2017-02-12T14:34:50","modified_gmt":"2017-02-12T13:34:50","slug":"angel-cake-allarancia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/?p=5420","title":{"rendered":"Angel cake all&#8217;arancia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Per la festa pi\u00f9 bella dell&#8217;anno si ha sempre bisogno di idee per rendere speciale e unico ogni momento!\u00a0Cos\u00ec ho\u00a0pensato che questa angel cake preparata\u00a0per il numero di novembre di<a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-coop.it\/fiorfiore\"> Fior fiore in Cucina<\/a> poteva essere una buona idea!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5421\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"angelcake-arancia\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smilebeautyandmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/25092016-IMG_4439.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;angel cake, dolce di origine americana, \u00e8 molto simile ad un ciambellone:\u00a0soffice come una nuvola, preparata con i soli albumi montati, farina, zucchero e cremortartaro, ben si adatta ad essere farcita con creme e frutta di ogni tipo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Angel cake all\u2019arancia e crema al burro<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ingredienti per uno stampo da 18 cm<\/p>\n<p>80 g di farina<\/p>\n<p>150 g di zucchero<\/p>\n<p>240 g di albumi (7 uova circa)<\/p>\n<p>4 g di cremortartaro<\/p>\n<p>la scorza di una arancia bio<\/p>\n<p>per decorare<\/p>\n<p>250 g di burro morbido<\/p>\n<p>100 g di zucchero a velo<\/p>\n<p>100g di marmellata di arance<\/p>\n<p>la scorza di una arancia bio<\/p>\n<p>1 arancia bio<\/p>\n<p>3 cucchiai di zucchero di canna<\/p>\n<p>30 g di mandorle a lamelle<\/p>\n<p><b>procedimento<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aiutandovi con una planetaria o con un frullino montare gli albumi a neve ben ferma, insieme al cremortartaro ed un pizzico di sale. Aggiungete poco alla volta lo zucchero, sempre mescolando con una frusta fino ad avere un composto chiaro e spumoso. Setacciate la farina e poco alla volta versate sopra gli albumi montati mescolando con una spatola delicatamente dal basso verso l\u2019alto. Aggiungete la scorza di arancia, incorporate il tutto fino ad avere un composto omogeneo.<\/p>\n<p>Versate poi il composto nello stampo, aiutandovi con una spatola poco alla volta, per evitare che si formino bolle d\u2019aria all\u2019interno. Infine formate con un coltello dei cerchi concentrici nell\u2019impasto per togliere bene l\u2019aria. Infornate a 180\u00b0, forno gi\u00e0 caldo, per 25\/30 minuti. Una volta cotta la torta va fatta rigorosamente raffreddare capovolta. Una volta fredda toglietela dallo stampo delicatamente.<\/p>\n<p>Montate il burro morbido con lo zucchero e la scorza d\u2019arancia fino a formare una crema bianca e spumosa. A questo punto decorate la torta, tagliatela a met\u00e0 e farcite al centro con la marmellata di arance. Ricoprite con la crema al burro e decorate con le fette di arancia che avrete fatto caramellare per pochi minuti in padella con lo zucchero di canna, terminate con le scaglie di mandorla.
